Every morning I say I am going to start my diet, I start in the morning and by dinner I blow it..ughhh. I only want to lose 15 pds. I do not work out anymore as I was dx with vascular rosacea so exercise and rosacea do not mix. I have been eating fruits and veggies throughout the day and plan on eating boiled turkey or chicken with some rice at night but never make it that far..Any suggestions how to get my mind in tune with my body...??
