Hi. My name is Lisa and my daughter was molested when she was four by her biological mother's husband. It was the biggest nightmare, but we had him arrested and he was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Last night, my older daughter, who is 11, was playing on the computer and decided to google her name. I was in the kitchen cooking when all of a sudden she starts crying and calls me in there. The very first entry that came up was this son of a bitch's court case where he tried to appeal the conviction. There in the first line was Elissa's name because she was a witness, with a description of what happened. Bethany was only listed by her initials. I sent an email to the website and said I had to have legal counsel to have the info removed. She was six when it happened, so how is she not protected by privacy laws? I am so upset and don't know what to do. It's like we don't have any rights at all.
