As for hands and feet I heard Bag Balm (Its what they use on Horses I believe) or Udderly Smooth or even Corn Huskers Oil ( All sold at Like Vitmin Shopee Cvs Harmons places like that)

I have always had very dry skin on my hands and feet,, however, have noticed here recently that my legs look like they are scaly.... LOL,, just call me the resident fish!

It's called "No-Crack Super Hand Cream" from Restoration Hardware, no kidding!
I get the fragrance free version, so can't say if the "smelly" ones work as well.
