I dont know if its hyper or hypo but either way with my levels I get extremely annoying headaches. Last time at my Endo I was telling him about the headaches. He looked in all the books thyroid disorders and could only find one link and that was in a Book from 1932 he brought it out it was Old but he said it was b4 they had extensive testing and they had gone more by symptoms back then and there was discussion of headaches.

I've been having the same problems and thought I was having sinus problems. Took sinus shots, didn't work and spoke with my Endo and he didn't have suggestions on a course of action. So I've been doing trail in error. I've only found certain things help with the headaces for me, but they always come back. Currently I'm take 1/2 of a 24 hour sinus pill, which helps with the headache, but drys my sinsus up. What are you taking for the headaches?

I'm sure that your thyroid is the culprit, not sure if hyper or hypo though. I have days like that as well. I had a headache everyday for like a week. Maybe you're coming down with a cold or something. Not feeling good sucks!

I do feel like its a sinus and a tension headach. What ever it is its driving me crazy! I have had this since I found out I have Graves (June 07) I have tried everything such as; nasal rinse, allergy meds., Asprin, Tynelol, ibuprofen, nasal sprays, etc. It only takes the edge off of it and then a few hours later I feel the same.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
