i've officially fixed my sleeping problems (or rather the problems my heart was causing that would prevent me from sleeping). instead of sleeping about 10 hours, i sleep 8. 2 hours before i go to bed, i'm relaxing so my heart rate will be where it should be at night. i put on lavender vanilla lotion to help with relaxing, then i sit in front of the tv til it's time for bed, it's worked pretty well. i've also started snacking during the day to keep my sugar levels from fluctuating too much, that keeps me from being tired also. so....yeah, that's what's working for me, i'm not able to actually come across to people as being happy, my goal meter jumped a good 40% today!
