I'm hear to learn to share and seek strength. I gained custody of my 15 month old paternal granddaughter past 7/07 and in the process of adopting. My own youngest child is 15, with the oldest being 24(the baby's father)tow in between ages 19, 23. This is rough and I foresee issues down the line with my son as well. How do we protect these children and still maintain healthy relationships with our own children, the birth parents? I'm just starting out and I am beyond tired, never mind dealing with the system from one State to the next. Anyways, hope to learn and share. Malika

The mother of Ri is just an very evil, hateful vendicative person.
My relationship with Ri is my main concern. If the parents of your grand child truely love her, they need to except what you are doing. When something comes down to trying to decide what to do stop and ask yourself..."what is in the best intestet of your grand daughter."
Kind of like WWJD. But WWBBIOGD. (I know...I am so weird)
Our hope is to make the little ones a much better person then their parents were.
