I'm meeting with our local congressman this afternoon on Type I Diates in kids and generally the health care reforms. I'm wondering if any of you have grandkids with Type I Diabetes and are insulin dependent. Also, any of them using the Diabetes Pump and school related problems with their care during school hours. I will use what info I get this afternoon, but also will use info for articles on my examiner.com page. The Walk for a Cure for Diabetes is coming up in a month and I will be highlighting the subject in weekly articles for it. Whatever info you can share is appreciated. I will not use specific names any articles, just info on what works and where problems are occurring.
