I found out this weekend that my daughters new boyfriend has been giving my 8 month old granddaughter nyquil to make her sleep on the nights her mother works so he does not have to "deal" with her..My daughter is fully aware this is going on.. I called the State troopers(this happened on Saturday) I was told by them there was nothing they could do for me or the baby.. Can anyone help me with what do do next? I am calling children's services this morning but I am pretty sure they wont do anything either.. I need to do something for this small baby that has no voice of her own,,,this baby is the sister of the granddaughter I am currently raising..What can I do for her ??.. This is wrong and I cannot sit back and wait untill they overdose her... PLEASE HELP!!
