Morning all, it's Tue evening down under, 1900 and I'm just off to Boxing. We'll do 15min weights to start. Fatigue the arms before we pull out the punches. Then we'll finish off with ab and floor work. And a little Tai Chi to stretch down. Then I'll come home and I won't have a bucket of ice-cream lol. It's just over 100F here at the moment so whoooo sweat sweat sweat. But I'll be good and have a lemonade ice-block instead. Save the ice-cream for the weekend.
