Anybody try this one? I read about it in the British newspapers and though the book is not out here yet i found the information online that I needed. Anyway, I'm in Phase 2 and I've managed to drop 8 lbs. in 2 weeks. Basically, for me, it is a get started thing. High protein, no carbs during the first phase (5 days) then protein and vegetables/ protein only (5 day rotation)the second phase until you are at the weight you want to be. After that you maintain by having one day a week that is protein only (they suggest Thursdays) for no special reason. It works but you better like protein and if you're a vegan, forget it!
