I'm trying papaya to help my heartburn/reflux symptoms and was just wondering if anyone out there can tell me when to use papaya (i.e. before or after a meal) and how much will do the trick. Also, I've heard that papaya enzymes can be purchased. Is this better than eating the fruit? Does papaya juice work? If anyone can give even some info on how papaya works for them, I would really appreciate it!
