I'm basically sick with my stomach most of my time during the day, I think I more or less gave up! I was feeling hungry one day a pulled a cold fruit cup out of the frig. I had a mouthful or two, knowing that this would most likely add to my nausea. All of a sudden, my sick stomach vanished like magic! I was so taken back that I checked the ingredients on the fruit cup. I was eating papaya!!! I checked the fruit out and found that it is used for indigestion, ulcers and acid reflux!! I went out and bought the papain enzyme in WalMart..now I am about to start a regimen of all the digestive enzymes! From what I see they won't harm us so why not give our digestive systems a break? Maybe ours wears down earlier than other people. I thought that I should share this newfound knowledge with ds!!
