After having severe chest pain for several months (I was cleared by a cardio), I went to the doc and got put on Nexium. But while the chest pain got better, symptoms persisted. Achey stomach, lots of burping, cramping. So I had an upper endoscopy this week and my esophagus is fine but I have mild gastritis. GI said to keep taking Nexium, now twice a day. I already stay away from all the "triggers" and pretty much always have, so what the heck causes this gastritis and how can I make it go away. Also, I don't want to take Nexium forever (I've read some nasty stuff about it). Are there some natural remedies that can help?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
