I am 2 years and 4 months post-op and got down to 180 lbs. from 325. I put on 20 lbs. during holidays and have had trouble getting them off. Now I have put on another ten pounds. Very depressed! I suffer from depression and anxiety and am on SSDI. I used to go to water aerobics three nights a week, until I developed bone spurs and a tear in my rotater cuff. I have been fighting with my insurance company over what doctor is covered and what isn't since January. I have been out of my beloved YMCA pool since March and have had no exercise. About ready to give up.....
