Plastic Mask
Everybody has their own plastic mask. Its sleek and shiny for all the world to see. We wear these mask so that people will not see. So they will not see the pain, the thoughts of dark depressing things. We wear these mask to show only joy only things that will please the eyes of the deceiver.
I wear a mask, it smiles and laughs bringing light to those around me. But I do not smile I do not laugh. On the inside I am screaming for a way out, for a way to understand the dark images that cloud my head. My mask hides the true me from the eyes that are you.
I do not need you to tell me how to live and what you think is right for me. All I need you to do is to love me and show me that you do. I need to see your true colors, not your plastic mask. I do not need you to judge me rather than show me you are willing to let me find myself.
My plastic mask is heavy, sleek, and beautiful to the eyes of others. I wish to take this mask off but you will not let me. Your mask if also beautiful, but underneath I am sure I will find someone far more beautiful than that silly mask. I begin to cry, I place my hands on my mask. BOO you see my true face. The tears behind the plastic mask.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
On a technical level, you could do so much more with this layout-wise. Right now, it simply looks like blocks of text. Try spacing, messing around with punctuation and line formation. Even random capitalization (or none at all- it worked for ee cummings)!
The other thing I noticed was that, in the first stanza, you say "only things that will please the eyes of the deciever". Dear, throughout that stanza, YOU are the deciever, so that wording doesn't make sense in context. Try something more like "only things that will please the eyes of those who watch me" or something like that.
*hug* Lovely job, VP! Keep up the good work!
