As I was relaxing one thursday afternoon, A friend texted me and told me that they were at a blood drive.(Friend is Gay). I was like okay and good luck. About two minutes later, he told me that I should go and see if I could go and donate blood. A while later, he texted me and said he wasn't able to donate blood because he's gay. I was like huh? Oh well, At leats I don't have to go anywhere (I'm so lazy) I got me to thinking however, that the same stigma applies today as it did in th 1980s and early 90s that AIDS is a gay disease. Why would they want tainted blood? Oh well, either way, I'm still relaxing at home.
