There seem to be a lot of broken hearted people on here. And I wanted to say this:
A broken heart is a sprained ankle. The reason I say this is because if you're playing a sport and you hurt your ankle really bad you'll be sat out of the game. You'll maybe even have to sit out for a lot of games. But you'll be put back in again, and when you are put back in that ankle will tug and hurt you a bit. But as you go on and on and get more into this new game that you're put into your ankle won't bother you anymore and you'll be almost the old you except with a bit of knowledge on how to be a little more careful and not to hurt your ankle again.
So what I mean is: When your heart gets broken you'll be hesitant to put it out there again when it's still vulnerable and raw. But sooner or later you're going to find someone that makes you want to jump back into love. And when this happen your past relationships will come and they'll make you think you're making a mistake. But the more you fall in love the less your heart will tug and try to hold you back. You'll be able to love someone new and still have the experience of heartbreak to give you knowledge on how to handle things.
So it's not the end of the world even though it may seem like it. Keep your hope and your head up.
I really hoped that helped some of you.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
