well if the poor guy doesnt have enough to cope with i.e the cerebral palsy, we get up sunday morn go into his bedroom & hes laid on the floor having a seizure, very scary dial 999 then wait for ambulance get phone call its ambulance crew wanting to know how to get to our house, we moved into a new estate & now find out our postcode & address dont exist, & all the while kei's still fitting after what seemed liked an age they arrive take him into A&E give him something to bring him out of it 2 nights in hosp & hes now home as if nothing had happened me & maggy both knackered panic every time he goes quiet. test came back that its possibly down to a urine infection but because the cerebral palsy puts him in a high risk group that could get epilepsy theyve stated him on medication to try & stop him getting it he needs to take this for next 2 years at least tonight im back in my own bed

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
