well, if I wasn't depressed before, I certainly and now. I've been doing everything I can to lose. Water, protein, exercising - you name it. This week I "graduated" to what I call real food. Three meals - trying what I can tolerate, etc. So, yesterday I was successful and holding everything down; three small meals, remembering small bites, chewing and still maintaining my protein and water. So this morning - my heart sank - I gained 4 lbs. How and why is that possible. If anyone out there is approximately 50 years of age and might have go through this slow torturous process, I'd appreciate your thoughts.
