I'm not the type of person you see in a gym daily. I'm wondering what people are doing for their exercise and how often? I'm limited from running currently due to ACL reconstruction a few years ago. I'm a more laid back type of exerciser. I enjoy biking, walking, swimming. But I also apparently do that enough to make a difference in my weight. I'm also not the type to get up at 5a.m. to squeeze it in. I have 2 kids (13 and 2-yikes). Looking for input.

So my daughter, who will be 30 in a few months, says she thinks she has varicose veins, as she can't figure out what else it could be. Only in one leg, and is so bad it is hard to sleep at night.
