Just wanted to promot the Wii Fit. I bought one last weekend and LOVE IT. It calculates your weight and BMI. It tells you what weight you should be and helpd you set a realistic goal to get to it. You pick a personal trainer and work with him/her to get to your goal. There is Yoga, Balance training, Aerobics, and Strength training. It is great to get your heart rate up and to do different toning exercises. I suggest you get one if you don't have one. It is a fun way to exercise and isn't as tedious as the treadmill or cross country running.
