I had my surgery Oct. 29th, 2008 and lost 34 lbs within the first 3 weeks. To date, I have only lost 66lbs and it's been 3 months almost. I still get sick, and can only eat certain things. I have a fresh fruit smoothie 5 days a week to help with my protein and to bring up my levels. I work out 2-3 times a week and walk about 2x a week. Why is the weight not coming off? I don't get it.....Has anyone else been in a rut like this and what did you do? Last time someone gave me the advice to do some cardio and I have but am not seeing any more weight come off. I hope I have not plateaued out already. I will be very disappointed. Help!
