Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
The rule is the same for all people on this earth, too much fat and sugar=weight gain, just eat what you want but in sensible amounts and eat different things during the week, it doesn't matter how fast or slow your weight goes.
Good luck
As far as the menu goes I guess you have to decide what you want from this experience. Do you want to lose as much weight as possible? Or do you just want to lose some...
If you want to lose as much weight as possible then the lifestyle change must be made or you won't get to your goal you had in mind.
If you want the goal you set up for yourself then you will cut out the sugar and excess fat, cut down on the calories and cut out as many carbs as possible.
This is the choice each of us needs to make, lose all the weight possible and sacrifice early on for the big payout, or skip the sacrifice and go back to old habits and carry on...
God Bless!
