Lately the only things I have been able to tolerate is protien drinks and cheez-its. All I was doing for awhile was drinking protien shakes and liquid soups. I would like to try to eat something before my next appt. Last night I couldn't even handle cream of chicken soup. I barf everything up. I barf about 3-6 times per day. Oddly enough cheez-its never make me sick but its not exactly the healthiest food although there is 4g of protien in a serving.
