how many calories do you do about 4 weeks out and then when does it go up and to how much? What do you typically eat for dinner and how much? I haven't had trouble with anything. I am almost 4 weeks out and have been eating chicken, turkey, beef, veggies and such since about 10 weeks out. I usually have egg beaters, or yogurt for breakfast, 3 oz chicken and 1/4 to 1/2 cup cottage cheese for lunch and dinner is my hardest, that is when i am hungriest. I usually eat 3 oz chicken, 1/cup green beans with a little gravy and sometimes some squash or 1/4 cup mashed potato. Is that too much? I see my nut again on the 20th but I wanted to compare (although I know every diet and person is diff). I don't want to stretch my pouch. I am 5 11, so I am not a little peanut but I could overhaul my diet if I knew ball part what my calories are or should be. I do keep track of everything I eat.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
