I have been eating baby foods for about 4 days now and I was wondering about foods that are naturally the puree form like mashed potatoes and fat free refried beans. I heard some ladies talking about it in the doctors office, but I'm not sure if they were already on "real" food. Please advise. The baby food is getting old and not tasting great, I can just eat a yogurt or pudding, but I was thinking something like beans or mashed potatoes might be a good test to see if I'm ready for food.
