Has anyone out there experienced a weird feeling of, it is hard to describe like "bubbles" in the throat area after eating? I know that eating is important, but it seems with most foods that I eat I get a very strange sensation afterward of bubbles in my throat. It lasts about 2 hours after I eat a meal, and makes me feel sick. I do not actually get sick, just a feeling. If I drink water it makes me worse. I have tried to explain this feeling to my doctor. He just kinda looked at me and asked me a million questions. He did tell me that on my next visit in 2 weeks if I still had this going on, he was going to check the size of my esophogus, and that I might need to have it stretched. Has anyone heard of this? Having it stretched is to help me swollow and have the food go down better. Just wondering if anyone else has this feeling? Thanks Teri.
