Ok so I was thinking about trying some new foods but wanted to get advice. I am almost 2 months post op and have already seen myself slip a few times on the carbs they are bad but they go down so easy such as baked lays and pretzels. Sooo I wanted to see if I can start this protein thing back up again because I have never done good with protein I was told to try the non flavor and put it in my food, so I was thinking about some Oatmeal but need to know how to not get it stuck, Maybe some malt-o-meal just plain no sugar or butter maybe a little sweet-n-low. Also I need some recipes for Chicken I get so tired of cooking it the same old way on the George grill. If you have any other advice or things I can eat for breakfast except eggs and yogurt I have done that for 2 months straight kind of tired of it please help me.
