at university we did breakaway technique the lecture had us student nurses jumping all over the place /this very lecturer last time made a me so embarrassed as he said that as a nurse you have to be in good shape and he was talking to me in the class in front of the rest of students he said you need to do something about it that is being unfit and weight problems. but today what a difference he never said a word to me as i made a point of trying to work harder than anyone else or maybe he see that I have lost 46lbs and now looking for somebody else to a go at.

Back in 2011 I had GBS and the results were great. I lost well over a hundred pounds and literally felt like a new man. But two years later life showed up and I ovecame the so calleed dumping syndrome when I ate sugar. I gradually was back to my old sweet tooth self and gained a lot of the weight back.Now I've lost 40 lbs over the summer but a long way to go and much slower than post surgery.So...
