I am a little miffed at the idea that as little as I seem to eat or low calorie no fat etc etc that the weight doesn't just fall off?? Do you really think the more protien you eat (allowed amount) that you tend to loose more weight?? I have a cup of milk blended with a 1/2 banana plus protien powder for breaky.. cream soup or tuna mixed with low cal light mayo. lunch... no sugar added yogurt mixed with protien powder for a snack.. mashed potatoe mashed with a tsp of light herb and garlic cream cheese and a bit of chicken can't get more in? dinner popsickle no sugar coffee with a sweetener.. but the scale doesn't move?? I am to get in 60g of protien a day I try but sometimes there doesn't seem to be enough hours?? Should I do more protien do you think that will help?? I will admit I haven't been excercising as much as I guess I should but I got pnemonia after surgery and am still on anti biotics for it so my energy level is kinda low right now.. I am truly amazed when I read the fabulous losses ALOT of you have in short periods of time and keep thinking my pouch must be too big it says eat 1/4c of this or that and you won't be able to eat more..I could?? I'm feeling kinda lost about now and feeling like this isn't going to work for me or is it all in my head??
