LOVE, APRIL
I walk and lift weights so I don't get the saggy skin. I think that I'm gaining muscle and that weighs more than fat so maybe thats the reason for less weight loss.
As for a stand still in loss. I went three weeks without losing anything but it is normal. I reached a size I was for years and the body just gets stuck there for a while.
I had to increase my excercise to break the barrier. It really helped.
Good luck!!
4 weeks i have been in the hospitol 3 times. any advice for me? im feeling real blue about this surgery.
