I love pizza and am just starting after 6 months to be able to tolerate it.
Eat what you want and enjoy it because when it is over it is going to be over for at least a little while.
Good Luck,

Lemme tell ya a little bit about some of the things you have chosen, however.
Milk = sugar water. MILK is OUT!!! There are too many gr. of sugar and very little in the way of protein.
Coffee creamers usually have the first ingredient as high fructose corn syrup, check yours out.
Baby food does NOT give you the ability to practice chewing. You must chew to oblivion and you will need to do so because believe it or not, you will crave chewing. Things like bananas, whether baby food or not,are the highest glycemic fruits around. So, no bananas, okay??? Same with the juice. A little here, a little there and pretty soon you have NOT made the best use of your honeymoon period.
Your honeymoon period can last only 6 months or maybe a little longer but after that the weight really does NOT wanna budge off.
A rule of thumb: no more than 10 gr. of carbs per meal and no more than 30 gr. of carbs per day. So, all the little amounts of carbs add up.
Fiber, well, from what I know from a huge wls group I belong to that has folks from around the U.S. is that it doesn't really serve most of us very well. Instead, try stool softeners like Colace (NOT peri-colace which has a laxative in it). Generic is fine. If that is not enough to do what needs to be done b.m. wise, then add in 250 mg. of magnesium citrate or oxide each time you take calcium.
Which brings me to the calcium. Calcium should NOT be in the form of calcium CARBONATE. This requires stomach acid and folks who try to take this calcium are not absorbing it and we are prone to osteoporosis so this is important.
Reading calcium labels is VERY confusing. I have listed a rule of thumb below to make sure you are getting in enough. And, I love UpCalD because it is a powder that is already crushed and you can just put it into your protein shake.
Here's the way to decipher mineral supplement labels (per serving;
check labels carefully for the number of tablets/scoops/capsules
required to make up a serving):
500 mg calcium as calcium citrate = 500 mg elemental calcium
500 mg calcium from calcium citrate = 500 mg elemental calcium
500 mg calcium (calcium citrate) = 500 mg elemental calcium
500 mg calcium citrate = about 125 mg elemental calcium
1000 mg calcium citrate = about 250 mg elemental calcium
500 mg calcium = a mystery. Do not purchase. If you can't even tell
what kind of calcium it is (carbonate, citrate, etc. THROW IT AWAY).
This might help you interpret your calcium labels. Forgive me if you
already know this, but the labels are confusing as hell and it's so
important to interpret them correctly, especially if you are deficient
in these minerals.
Check out www.vitalady.com for pure whey protein samples that are good for us as wls patients. If you email me at higkp@satx.rr.com I will be happy to send you alot of information.

There are post-ops 10 years and more out that can really help you to make the most of your protein supplements, your vitamin program, etc.
Actually, your last supper is very good for you even as a post-op (in smaller quantities, of course) but without the mashed potatoes and the toast.
Remember this, 2 weeks prior to this surgery you will want to avoid the "last supper" syndrome. It is highly important to abstain from carbs during this time so that you can shrink the size of your liver which lies on top of your stomach. It must be manipulated out of the way. If you don't do this you will not be helping yourself or your surgeon and could have complications or a nicked liver.
Well, this is pretty long for this forum.
Hope to see and hear from you soon.
