Does anyone know of any products or surgeries that help take care of these. Mine are pretty bad, on my stomach, underarms, and chest. From yo-yoing so much and gaining and losing so quickly in the past years. Just wondering if anyone has tried anything, and how it worked for them...

The more weight I lost, the worse they got! Some of them on my arms are craters, cause there's nothing left to fill them out!

Although stretch marks can fade, like any scar, I dont believe there is nothing that will actually remove them except surgery (leaving you with a different scar). When I had my tummy tuck, most of my stomach stretch marks (and a couple scars from GBS) were removed. Looking forward to the same thing for my arms...one day!

Still beats being obese!

I moisturize constantly. I don't know if it makes any difference. But, I like feeling that I am doing something. Vitamin E oil can't hurt, either.
Although, you absolutely need to use sunscreen on surgery scars for the first year!!

I went to a dermatologist a while ago and while I was there, I asked if there was anything I could do for stretch marks and she said no. Might be worth a discussion with a dermatologist in your area.

    I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
