Will try to log in at the public library on a daily basis, except for weekends due to library hours. will be walking to the library as well. had appt with NUT and exercise counselor today and even though i had a very poor last half of the month, (stopped logging food on myfitnesspal, and did not exercise) i still managed to loose 8.4 pounds! I am under 400 for the first time in a year or more. I am getting back on track though. Still pre-op and no date yet. I have to jump through a few more hoops but I am still goig in the right direction.
