I had my surgery on Dec. 17, 2008 and I am still feeling really weak. Just doing normal things around the house like housework...washing clothes...sweeping the floor..even taking a bath, they all take a toll on me. I was changing water for my cats earlier and I felt as if I was going to pass out! From what I am hearing from others I was supposed to be back to normal in like 2 weeks. Has anyone else experienced this long lag of weakness? Im not in a lot of pain, my surgery was laparoscopic (sp), while there were some complications with thick stomach muscles I still dont know why im feeling like this. Everyday I take liquid Centrum and drink my protein in liquid form from GNC. I also usually get in most of my water throughout the day. Please let me know if anyone else has experienced this.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
