Wed. I get to start a regular diet. I am very excited but scared at the same time. I am afraid that I may do something wrong. Starting back to school different church groups have brought the teachers cookies and brownies....... I am a little jealous and upset because I can't have them. I want them so bad, but I know I can't, so I just smell the cookies and listen to all the others talk about how great the homemade cookies are........ ahhhhhhhh!!!!!! I can give myself a hand because I didn't try the cookies and brownies..... It was just that I wanted them, because everyone else was eating them, and it was just convenient. The price of getting healthy :o) What are some foods that you all started out with when you could eat a regular diet with no restrictions?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
