Can someone help me with a schedule with getting my liquid in . I usually a start my day off with 3oz ginger tea then my shake 1 hour later,then a bottle of water in hand and another shake at 3,but later is when I have the problem. I find that I hate the chicken broth,so being jamaican I would make some chicken soup with pumkin and just drink the broth, I could drink it all day but then again its a pain to make every day. Another question I find liquids go down better when its not watet, I tried it with crystal light but its still taste different to me. Any suggestion for other liquid milk(1%) etc.thanks in advance.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
