I am considering GB surgery. I have applied to a program, had my psych eval, and am awaiting the seminar in March and then to be scheduled for surgery soon there after. My question is (of course I have a MILLION!)....I am a singer and am concerned that I will not be able to perform effectivly (diaphramatic breathing) due to the surgery. I have dates booked almost every weekend until Sept and the surgery will most likely be in May or June. Will I have the stamina and energy to perform within a week or two after surgery. The surgery will be done laproscopically. What can I generally expect for recovery time? Thanks to all
