i was just reading so discussions today and ran across someones comment about the pouch test. they said their people(dr., nutrist., or nurse.) said doing this test was useless pretty much. sometimes i wish people would not make comments like this one. if the pouch test gets us back on track then i think its a wonderful thing to do. i hope no one gets discouraged from just on persons comment. we all need to try what ever gets us back to where we need to be. i say GO FOR IT!!!!!

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
