Was just curious as to your personal recommendations as to what you did after your gastric bypass as far as diet. I came home on the full liquids diet. I basically eat cream soups, popcicles, Jell-o, apple juice and chicken broth mostly. I am able to, as of this coming morning (11/28) step up my diet to foods I can easily mash with a fork or puree. Was just wondering what kinds of foods you guys moved on to at that point. I have eggs for hard boiling, imimtation crab meat, protein powder, yogurt, cottage cheese as a few things with protein to start with. If anyone has any recommendations/suggestions/anything on your experience and what you had, that'd be cool. I'll be starting my vitamins as well. Just looking for some food ideas/guidance before I eat anything new as what I'm eating now really is working well. I know I have to progress, just wanted to get a feel for new ideas on what others have done. :) Thanks!

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
