Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. I have now lost 18 lbs just since the end of January!!!! You'll have to work much harder for it, but we CAN still lose weight when we get past the "Honeymoon" stage!
Cut out the carbs and increase your protein! I also cut my calories in half, but you may not need to do that.
I hope this works for you!
God Bless!
Janelle
I can only suggest that maybe you make sure you are eating only proteins. I would try to do like an Atkins where you are not eating carbs. I also would increase your water intake. Make sure you are carrying a bottled water with you and drinking as much as you can. I would increase your exercise routine by minutes and intensity. If you are doing cardio 3 times a week try adding an additional day.
Protein, no carbs, water,& exercise = RESULTS
