I am now 9 months out from having GPS and am happy with my current weight loss. I want to lose about 30 more pounds. I am now at a point where I am starting to become concerned with the loose skin that I am seeing. It is not a lot, but enough that it concerns me. I have been researching different alternatives to surgery. I would love to go and have some things done, but am unable to afford it at this time. This question go's out to all of those seasoned GPS patients, does anyone have any ideas to help with this? I am not able to work out right now because I recently had major ligament reconstruction. My nutrition is very good. I drink plenty of water. Please give me some ideas to help with this problem until I can do what I would really like to do. Thanks in advance for the help!!
