As a southern girl who loves her comfort foods like pinto beans with cornbread and a nice bowl of collard greens with cornbread...can you still have these types of foods or would there be a concern with gas or something like that? I'm wondering if I could have a comforting TINY bowl of pinto beans and cornbread post-op if it were pureed into babyfood?? It's just the flavor I'm after. Did anyone try pureeing their comfort foods?? Just trying to get a menu together of foods I can puree to eat post-op...after the liquid thing...of course. Any suggestions would be appreciated!! Thank you and God bless!
