I know I'm not supposed to take any NSAIDS and I never have since I've had surgery. Thing is, I know that Naproxen and Aleve works well for pain for me. Tylenol does little. I slipped on the ice a couple days ago and the pain in my back is this sickening ache and I want to take something to relieve it so I can just be comfortable for a little while. I ice it, but that's only short term help. I get sick of laying down. I also bruised my tailbone. Can I take some Naproxen or Aleve temporarily without damaging my pouch? Anyone have any exerperience or if they're doc gave them permission and the dosage and for how long? I want so much to take Aleve but I won't cuz I know it can damage my pouch. Would I be okay to take it for a few days at minimal dosages just to get some comfort. I'm so sick of this pain and aches that come with the fall.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
