Last night I spent the entire night in the emergency room. I had been having pain in my left side for 4 days and it was going into my back. I havent done anything I wasnt supposed to so I didnt think it was a pulled muscle. I could barely stand up yesterday so I called the doctor. He told me to go to the emergency room. Unfortunately the hospital that I had the surgery at was way to far for me to drive like that so I went to my own. After some lovely drugs to take away the spasms I had to get a CT scan of my belly. The doctor said I had something called stranding. Since I am 3 weeks post op there is still some swelling there but I guess stranding is little muscle tears around the incision on the inside of the abdominal wall. The doctor also said that it just happens and to be careful what I pick up and how Im bending. I was relieved but felt stupid at the same time. I have not felt good at all since having the surgery and then I dont know whats normal and whats not. I almost feel like Im bugging the doctors with my calls and stuff. Does anyone else feel the same way? I know this is going to be better in the long run, but I am so done with being sick and tired! Thanks for letting me vent and let me know what you think.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
