Hi all, I found this site by accident today and what a great help you have already been! I had surgery on April 7th. My staples are starting to push up out of my skin. I am going to have my drain and staples out Thursday. Here's my questions? 1) Does it hurt when they take them out?? 2.)My drain is still draining about 40 cc's a day. What happens to all that liquid when they take the drain out? 3.) Last but not least how much weight loss is normal by your first doctor's visit? Thanks again for all your great advice! Glad to know there's somewhere I can turn to with all the quesions I know I will soon be having!!
