Well my one year was the 22nd of Sept I was in the process of moving to Fort Drum NY well I am down to 160-163 bouncing around due to the move and lack of exercise. so I have went from 245 to 160-163 and from a size 20 to 10/8 and a size 9 1/2 shoes to a size 8. I was hoping to be at my goal which is 143 but I am almost completely unpacked and starting back at the gym today I did 2 miles on the elliptical today and walking my son to the bus stop and running back it felt so go to do that mile I think I want to start training to do 5K's and up. I still have issues with some food really red meat I can't handle stakes and roast to well. But I feel go and my hubby said I look great and I seem much happier which I am!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
