I'm simply looking for ideas/advice on what you use to get back on track. I keep falling off the wagon but I keep getting back up and trying, and I'm slowly improving each time I slip. Contemplating the five day pouch test to jump start weight loss and stop my bad habits. We'll see. I really just want ideas/suggestions/advice on things that motivate you to get on track when you're on slippery ground and you REALLY want to make this work! My window of opportunity is closing, being 7.5 months post-op, and just wanted some ideas on motivators to work the program we're given! I'm going to make some pudding and some high protein jello as well to get myself set up for tomorrow. Thanks in advance!
