Hi all, I'm in my 6th week postop which means I'm still on pureed foods. I have a couple questions for anyone who will help me. If I'm not hungry do I still need to eat 3 meals a day? I have my protein but I'm only eating because they say I should. If I don't eat my allowed pureeds fruits and veggies, will that slow down the process of losing weight? Right now, I'm combining fat free plain yogurt, strawberries and my protein powder for breakfast. I don't feel like eating lunch. Any help would be appreciated.
