It is amazing how great I feel since losing 125 pounds. I walk more, I smile more, I wear alot cuter clothes, I can run, I can dance, etc. etc. etc. I avoid things that will hinder my weight loss. I eat healthier foods. I drink more water. For God's sake, I haven't had soda in 6 months. And today I found myself telling a lady at the doctors office who held the elevator door for me, "No thanks, I'll take the stairs". I never in a million years would have thought I would have ever said that. But ya know what, it felt really really good. Gastric Bypass-what a blessing.....
